PSA for anyone going to try this, remember we had daylight savings time change recently. So reset EST is now 5am not 4am

I might be wrong but i think you have to join someone who has already installed the update while they are in the tower

Set destination to tower before reset, then click launch after reset.

So basically it works the same way as the double bounty glitch? Just stay in the tower when reset hits?

I believe this is a little different. I think you need to be in orbit when the change happens, then go to the tower a few minutes later so you get a tower with the door open, otherwise he spawns and you can't reach him. I'm not 100% on this, it needs more research. Did you watch the video?
