No issues with stickies. They need to have a little auto aim given the quick TTKs in this game and the effectiveness of other grenade types. A 1-shot in Halo meant a lot more than it does now so you can't have them have the exact same efficiency. I'm still more concerned with people who have double the amount of special kills vs primary kills.
