Hi there,
Sorry to hear you did not receive the shader code. Unfortunately, Bungie cannot assist in granting these codes as it was a code obtained via a promotion between Gamestop and Activision. You could try to get in contact with Activision, but there was most likely a limited number of codes.
If you would like to see a re-release of the shader, I wholeheartedly recommend posting in #Feedback to get more traction and traffic to your question.

I just wanted to say THANK YOU! I took the steps you suggested, and after a LOT of time on the phone, ultimately GameStop Customer Service helped me out! I never would have thought to contact their corporate customer care line. All they needed was my member info for proof. Thanks again!

Could you clarify that you contacted gamestop and they gave you a new code? I got it on 360 but cannot get it for X1 and it's really bugging me due to the fact it's my favorite shader.

Edited by z leroyse7en z: 3/15/2015 7:03:08 PMI contacted GameStop Customer Support (not the store itself) at 1 (800) 883-8895 and they were able to help with my particular situation (NEVER received code despite preorder). I told them how I tried multiple stores, Bungie, and Activision to no avail. Because I had a Powerups membership, they could look up my preorder and were able to get a code for me. From all that I've seen, heard, and read, the codes are console specific, so If you pre-ordered on the 360, you get a 360 code. If you preordered on the One, you get a One code. Same for the Playstation family. I can't speak for them, but I don't suppose it'd hurt you to try and ask if they could do it. Good luck … . To be clear: they did not issue me a NEW code because I wanted a console upgrade or lost my original; I never RECEIVED the original code on my receipt in the first place. They issued me a code because I never got one.

Begging or harassing anyone for codes is bad and anyone who does it should feel bad. To the user I just banned, next time you think it's okay to spread crap like that to your fellow guardians, just know I'm watching.

Thanks Siffow. I didn't see what else he posted, but I'm sure it was more bad "guidance". As a military vet, I HATE bad guidance and misdirection. Thanks for taking care of it, and of us. MUCH appreciated.
