We completed the VoG without dying and only 2 received the achievement. Sometimes it's mainly the host and another random. Don't fret. You'll end up receiving it almost a week later..maybe a fee days. Have patience. It'll pop up when you least expect it

I am the founder of a clan that completed Crota with 4 members. All got the achievement except for me. The odd thing was that one of the guys in my clan was not on my friends list so the clan name did not appear under his gamer tag for me. I added him as a friend and now it states his clan name. Also, the other guys in my clan don't see my name as a member or follower in the Destiny app, but in my app it says I'm founder. Since then, we've completed the raid a few times with just clanmates and I still have no Chievo. It's bad enough that RNGesus hates me...
