My biggest issue: Getting two energies or shards for a Legendary Engram should never happen. There is not enough variety of loot in general. Faction vendor choices should rotate their perks or at least offer an option for rerolling perks on existing guns. Faction and Crytarch rank up rewards are usually pitiful. Sometimes I wonder if they ran out of guns. I also wonder why in most cases, the chests littered all over the place, seem to look more valuable than the items placed in them.
