fix your -blam!-ing servers -_- im tired of lagging for the first 5 minutes of a crucible match especially when my connection 60 up 5 down

Loooooo, I still experience issues despite my connection being 100+ down, 12+ upload. I should NEVER notice lag, but alas, much lag is noticed, EXCLUSIVELY while playing Destiny.
