BIOWARE save US!
Anyone else wishing MASS EFFECT 4 would drop ? Ha ugh... This is like pulling teeth Bungie really. Expand your patrols please or add a planet already, I'm soooooo bored with destiny. What games do you all recommend to try?

I was never a huge fan of Mass Effect or the Knights of the Old Republic series. The game contained too many choose your own adventure, dialogue boxes that had to be properly and methodically researched, in order to arrive at your desired outcome. If you screw up once, piss off a side character off by button mashing, then you have to restart the game. I could care less about someone's comic book, sobbing origin story; I simply want to kill shit. But that's me. I could see how someone who wanted Destiny to have a long, and we'll thought out story line, full of knee jerking plot twist of redemption and betrayal; would yearn for another Mass Effect Bioware game. I find a good balance with the Fallout series. When I get tired of the story, I can just murder the whole town.

(Edit: Now that I think about it, once upon a time Bungie made good games too :P ) picked up DAI used (no way in hell new) and found out that the mp is as super grindy with less options than Destiny. Good job Bioware Maybe the campaign is better. Wouldn't know but since ME3 and DA2 both sucked, I really can't listen to the fanbois of this company that continues to make some spectacularly bad decisions (how's that instantly free to play Star Wars MMO going? Oh, yeah....)

6 Repliesdepends what your looking for story - dragon age...... its bioware nuff said coop - evolve (also if you wanna be an epic monstertearing apart a team of weak pitiful hunters) PvP - titanfall is still surprisingly good if your just after PvP honorable mentions spec ops the line..... if your looking for story really good but only for 1 play through and avoid spoilers dark souls if only to see what true but fair difficulty looks like portal 2 really good for atleast 1 play through Skyrim with self imposed rules such as no shops only live off the land with no house for storage, racist nord attack every elf on sight, never wear armour/robes only clothes etc

I'm looking forward to this game as well. Hopefully ea doesn't raape bioware like activision did so mercilessly to bungie.

Dragon Age saved me around Christmastime. Also, if you're even remotely interested in racing, Forza Horizon 2 was an AMAZING game, in every way. Graphics, overall design, setting, immersiveness... It was killer.

2 RepliesI picked up final fantasy xiv and am loving it! I'm not huge into MMOs (or FF, to be completely honest), but it is definitely fun one you get over the learning curve. It plays ready well with a controller and there are elements of a lot of games I love (ME, DA, Skyrim, even a little Mario kart if you want to chocopo race!). It's not as instantly gratifying as Destiny, but I see it being fun for much longer.

Just bought HELL DIVERS. Its pretty good for 20$. Its a top down co-op shooter, feels a little retro but Ive been having a blast. Lots of gunning and upgrades if thats what your looking for. Destiny is pretty good, just too grindy. I took a break before TDB and now Ill take another. Not sure Ill buy HoW, TDB was prettt thin. Ill wait for reviews this time.

Borderlands 2 will scratch that shot and loot itch. You may actually feel a difference between using different weapons too.
