None of my 3 shoot to loot scout rifles work anymore??? I shoot the ammo, nothing happens anymore since the last upgrade.

They introduced a two-second cooldown to prevent people from shooting the same ammo drop more than once. Also applies if uou shoot multiple drops in quick succession
