Don't know any 33s that can do this right now, but I can vouch for this level 7 Hunter I met the other day who is [i]extremely[/i] good at this.
I know, I know, a level 7?!
But trust me, he puts all 33s to [b]shame. [/b]

I'm sure they're skills run deep, but a 33s level buff is required against the Fan button. Lower levels don't do as much pressing impact
