PVP Can't be balanced. Check this:

      The problem is you spawn with shotguns and snipers. In Halo, that stuff was rare and deadly. In Destiny... It's not rare, but still deadly. You spawn with that crap. The ammo system needs to be redone more like Halo's. Special weapon crates should pop up at random parts of the map infrequently, and be radar-trackable. By nerfing other guns, Bungie splits the TTK gap which further encourages special weapon use. This actually speeds up the game instead of slowing it down, which is ironic.

        • I hate the lag In crucible, it's nearly all the time when i kill someone close quarters then the game first registers it 3 seconds after, giving them enough time to kill me

            PvP lacks objectif based gameplay built around team coordination. We went from grabbing the enemy flag and hijacking a mongoose, then shredding down a river with a buddy on your back shooting an incoming Banshee to running around on poorly designed maps to stand in one of three zones for 10 seconds, rince and repeat ad nauseum.. Most people just spawn and run to the closest enemy, COD style, probably because of Activision's influx of COD newbs. Why not come up with original PvP where Supers have more influence and versatility than a "one big nuke" type of use? A game mode where players HAVE TO use supers to secure positions or change a map dynamic? A titan smash to take out a bridge or pillar? Using GG to over-penetrate certain types of walls? Have walocks be able to channel their supers together by working together for a few seconds before unleashing a massive Void bomb? No creative thought went into this game once they fired Joe and decided to strip the game's content, make as much cash with hype and use it as a placeholder game in the franchise. Edited: I don't suck at crucible, just love the mechanics and loved Halo. Think this game has so much potential, it's a damn shame

            • Crucible is not a game!! It's rubbish compared to any other pvp in the history of gaming. It's basic, boring, LAGGY, simple and just plain shit! I'm level 30+ in rep before you trolls jump in with comments. PvE is good in many ways. They just need to be more creative with whole game. But they're continue to flog that dead horse call crucible. I no longer play the pvp. No enjoyment at all.

            • If you complain about the crucible, then odds are you just suck. Sorry lol if you want a balanced "fair" multiplayer game then go play halo.

              • Having weapons scattered all over would defeat the purpose of all our grinding for weapons. What Destiny wanted from the beginning was for us to be able to tune our characters to suit our own play style. That's why we have subclasses with different abilities to choose from and weapons with different perks to choose from as well. Bungie's mistake was giving into complaints about weapon balancing because in truth, the flexibility we have makes the game unbalanced by nature. If you want a balanced game, go play Halo.

              • Hmmm. So in one post, people say "nerf this exotic it's too OP" and in this post, people say "let us use exotics at the same time and be super OP". With 2 sides like that, Bungie will never be able to please everyone. Make up your minds.

              • Good points! I think normal Crucible with weapons on the ground to pick up would be much fairer, and it makes Iron Banner more different.

                    • Bungie test this!!!!! A patrol server for the moon that allows players to use all exotics in every slot and ever enemy is level 30+. Just test it for one week like iron banner or queens wrath and let it play out. At the end of the week post a poll as the weekly update and see how players liked it.

                        • Honestly, with a game that pve gear carries into pvp, I would have made what Iron banner is now, the standard engine for multiplayer.

                            I like that idea. But if you could wear all exotic gear at once the armor should be optional to use a shader on or not. It would fix the issue of gear not looking good together. Like how Armamentarium doesn't match most shaders.

                          • I always wondered in pvp, if all the weapons had to be picked up off the ground but you could still use your loot by selecting which shotgun or auto rifle you pick up, like say you set your shotgun slot in pvp for invective and your Lmg slot is harms way. Letting you use your new loot in pvp but not everybody is instantly loded with all their weapons
