I'm going to test this on the Titan and see if shooting the lightning grenade also does it.( As well I will test the fabulous purple fountain grenade that I don't know the name of. )
[b]Confirmed![/b] Both Spike and Lightning Grenade work to regen health. Spike grenade is the more safe option as it doesn't harm you if thrown at your feet.
