KD isn't a good stat to go by. Use the combat rating to judge someone's effectiveness in the game.

Oh, where do you find that? And how is that stat determined?

its how much xp they pick up in a game compared to other people in the lobby, the higher the stat the more times they have been top of the leader board for the lobby, not just there team.
