PvE is still a part of this game only to get you to a high enough level to raid and jump into PvP, nothing more. It continues to be relegated more and more to the background as the game evolves. It is what it is, I have come to accept it which is why I still have no character above lvl 27. The grind wore off that quickly and from what I read PvP is broken.
