I already use those DNS settings and I was still getting the assberry error.
What worked for me, resting just my router. I see you reset your modem, but what about the router? Or is it an all-in-one unit?

All in one router mate, I'm just going to turn it all off for a good 30 mins and see of that helps haha eventually I'll play again! Eventually!
