I know this method worked on the xbox 360 network, don't know if it does or, more importantly, what the ramifications are for PS. If you have a certain number of people report your user name as offensive, I think it was six, they [i]make[/i] you change it (for free). Of course you could be facing a ban, too, so try at your own risk. Just get your friends to report it.
