Hi there!
I feel your pain. You just have bad luck. It's based on luck. If you want to get exotics then do the weekly heroic, vault of glass, etc.

As I have played tripple the amount of the raids, nightfalls + other, then my friend per week and also have put in tripple the amount of time. Yeah, I have 3 caracters and he has 1. He only needs 4 exotic that have randomly droped for him, while I have only got Universal, vex and "THE GOD DAMN HARD LIGTH x 10 times!" The rest are from xur and bounties. Where they at tho! And plz plz stop whit the HARD LIGHT plz. btw need 8 more exotics then him and I play on xbox 360 and he on ps4, so he has more exotics to collect then I have. If it was not for that I collect grimoire, I would have stopped playing imidiatly

I try but when I get legendary engrams from weekly etc I get shards and vault of glass chest didn't give me anything for the pass 3 weeks. And I have 3 characters.
