How about on the bounty board you can list your guardian like on one side it shows your regular emblem, grim score and level icon (not sure what the whole thing is called) and next to it a short sentence on what there looking for like raid, nightfall etc. then someone looking for more peeps to raid with can search the board inspect your gear and invite individuals.

Yeah man!! I'm down for anything that'd be convenient like that, I hope more people respond and give this thread some attention so that maybe Bungie will consider making this happen.
