I am having the same problem. I have tried every possible scenario and have not received it. My friends all unlocked it just by completing a full game on the map in Crucible. I have tried winning, loosing, making sure no one quits in a game, and not using any exotics and have not got it yet.

I've heard from my friends that there was a Mercury crucible map... I've never gotten that map yet and they've mentioned about the grimoire... Not sure when I'd see it lol

Bungie needs to fix this.Im also missing the mercury card.
