Thorn is a bounty not a drop. For me, Dragon's breath popped from a purple engram, ice breaker popped from a purple package from the post master at the same time (2 back to back was awesome) and just got hard light from a ROC strike yesterday. I can't complain about RNGesus. If you're not a raider, just pound the hell outta ROC strikes. You get engram's and vanguard marks to but legendary wraps/armor.
