Are you downloading the updates over wifi? Can you try to hardline the connection, even temporarily while downloading the patch? If you are playing on an Xbox One, go to your settings, then network, then Detailed network statistics. It will check your connection and give you some speed results. What are your MTU/Download speed/Packet loss/Latency results? Please list them out!
