[FIX DEPLOYED] Are you not able to see your Xbox characters on the site or app? Tell me about it here.

We've been doing a lot of data gathering surrounding this issue, and your input has been incredibly valuable. So valuable, in fact, that we have found a cause for the problem and are preparing to deploy a fix so your gamertag information shows up on your Bungie.net profile. Many of you will find that your Xbox Live gamertags are now appearing on your profiles, and you can access your Destiny account information; you've likely been a part of our science experiments if that's the case. If you still can't see your gamertag and Destiny info by the end of the week, the most likely cause is that you are not on the correct Microsoft account that has your Xbox Live information. If your gamertag info is still not showing, you can troubleshoot the status of your Microsoft and Xbox Live info [url=http://support.xbox.com/en-US/my-account/microsoft-account/forgot-microsoft-account-solution]here[/url]. You will hopefully find that you indeed used a different Microsoft Account. If that is the case, create a new Bungie.net profile with the correct account. If it is not the case, we have seen issues where something in Microsoft's system is not properly reporting your gamertag to Bungie. In this case, Microsoft support has been able to work with customers to resolve this issue. [u]This thread's purpose is for me to gather information in order to diagnose what is wrong. [/u] This thread is not about whether your character shows up as just a silhouette. That is a [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12285]WebGL problem on your browser[/url] or a hardware issue with your mobile device. Feel free to make a[b] new thread[/b] about it under #Help and #mobileissues. Be sure to include your device platform, OS, OS version, and app version (you can find it under the about tab). Because there's many of you and one of me, I won't be able to reply much. Please don't be mad.   • When I open the app I can see my Warlock and Titan, but I can't see my hunter. He's my highest level character and I think that might be why but idk

    • At times not all my characters show up in the left tab. Ill press the refresh and 1 of 3 doesn't show up. If all 3 show up, 1 of them isn't updated (correct armor/shader). When i do select any of the characters though they do show up in the legend page. To remedy this I've tried restarting the app and also signing in and out. Not the biggest deal but wanted to report like Deej wanted.

    • On my iPhone 4 I cannot see any of my characters or my weapons. Not that it is a problem to me, but it is kind of annoying

        My Companion App works completely fine on my Galaxy S4 phone. But like I've seen other's post, I am having an issue where my character is completely black and void of any detail on my Galaxy Tab 3 in the Companion App. (Weapons and Armor as well). I don't believe it has ever worked on my tablet, and I have had the app since the game launched. If it was working, It was for a short amount of time right after launch.

      • I was KTO from doing the nightfall with a friend.. I had just used a special ammo synth and then I saw "contacting destiny servers". i was able to sign in again.

      • I've been using the app since oct or bob and have never been able to see my charecters! Thought it was an iphone thing!

      • it worked fine on my iphone 5 but when it broke and i went back to my iphone 4 it stopped

      • And when I try to retrieve something from the vault it says that I need to go to the tower on my Xbox and retrieve it from there, but it will let my put something in the vault... And if you were gonna ask, yes. I have the newest update

      • Neither of my characters show up ands it's been like this since I got the app

      • I can see my weapons and stats, but not the picture of my character. I've never tried any of the tips in this app and I've always seen a back silhouette of my character since day one. I'm not super concerned about it, but I saw that I should post here in the update.

      • I have issues loading my grimoire cards, loading stats, and characters. I am on the 360. I never had issues with this until the new Bungie website launched.

      • i have been getting all kinds of randomness with my app. i can see 2 of my characters not the 3rd then sometimes 1, sometimes it stop working all together but only for a short period (period varies). background pictures not matching the weapon im looking at (example : looking at perks of word of crota but background pic is ghallerhorn or a scouty). sometimes i can select my gaurdian but cannot swipe left to view gear/inventory/vault lists. i have an iphone 4s running ios 8.1.3(all updated) running xbox one(all updated)

      • I've always been using the companion app and playing since day 1, and I've never had my character load, it just says the 3d model is incompatible with this device.

        Still not working, I've tried unlinking and re-linking, using a different authentication method, changing my microsoft account information to make sure everything synced up, and I've tried using the mobile app as opposed to the website, all coupled with several re-logs. Nothing has worked for me. To clarify, the website (and the app) still believe I have not played the game. In addition, I believe I created this account around Reach's release, if that helps. Oh, and my Xbox Live friends list does not show up.

        I tried linking my xbox and playstation accts on the app and my xbox acct doesn't show up but my playstation one does #help
