So I had this drop last night about 2 hours before Xur showed up. I took it for a test run on a Rock Strike, and I have to say it is pretty awesome. I do not think it will replace my scout rifles or hand cannons, but it is a lot of fun to use. It does one shot kill a lot of enemies at close range, but there is a pretty big drop at medium range - note I do not have it leveled yet, as I just got it. I have not taken it in to PVP, but I am not expecting great things here after the weapon changes in the last update.
