To be honoust i think this is a great choice for the PVP community because it was too OP. I am a pretty decent PVP player but always loose against a player with the Vex even if i spot him first.
I think players who play raids in hard mode should get rewarded with special (more powerful) weapons but only against the minions of darkness.

Vex can be beaten! Just gotta fight at the right range... Up close, damn o_O

Skill > Gear. But the right gear certainly helps!
