Update: highest rated, that's a first! Thanks for all the support it means a lot!!
Hey guys, I'm 13 and pretty new to drawing. I thought because I'm a jealous xbox fan I'll draw hawkmoon.
I am depressed so might take a bit to finish as I've things on my mind etc
It is nowhere near done and I'm procrastinating drawing the leaf design that really shows it is hawkmoon.
I have recently bought new A3 pages to draw things on.
The question is I'm moving schools due to bullying and they offer art and computer Science (programming in this case) and am able to do both, but should I do art?

Thanks for any feedback!

Definitely don't go do art if you enjoy drawing. The art teachers are usually a big failure and the reason I say this is because I know them well. Art teachers have a habit of marking you based on their own criticism and styles, let's say you go to art class and you just want to master your drawing, sketching skills... The teacher could very well just get you to make collages, paper mâché sculptures and so on. You could very likely just be creating exactly what the teacher wants and no what you want... Art is about expression, going to learn some other artists expression can take you away from what you love, and how you express it. If I were you I would take a class that would help you in life, and practice your art as a hobby, learn how to draw in perspective. That's how you will master 3D drawing. You want the shading to make the pictures stand out. Use YouTube for lessons on how to draw "guns" then once you have followed the steps... Change the gun to look like a destiny gun...
