Wouldn't entering/leaving the darkness zone on the NF cause you to lose? Because if so, then it's useless to me. Too easy on Roc to go through this trouble.

Nope. I did it on the nightfall. I activated Valus, ran out like in the video and almost got into position except I fell in one of the pits and died, lol. But point being getting up there works just fine.
