Mine has Smart drift control, Accurized Ballistics, and Aggressive Ballistics for the first column. Which would be the best option for my Final Round, Hammer Forged, Shot Package roll?

Anything that ups the range. Stability can take a hit because it is such a slow fire shotgun

The base range is so high that even with aggressive ballistics, you won't suffer in range when you equip hammer forged (it'll be maxed). Aggressive ballistics will also add stability and impact, so that'll be your best option.
