Couple marries in Texas despite the state's ban on marriage.
Isn't this a lovely story? :D
Hilarious to see lots of bigotted bigwigs in the state throwing a hissy fit over it. Not so much in what they're trying to do.
The exception was granted because one of the women has been diagnosed with ovarian cancer. Such a shame that it takes a life-threatening disease to force the hand of the state to allow to people to consensually marry. But it's better than not allowing it at all. :)

The majority of the US used to be pro-slavery. Gay couples will get their rights in due time. We just have to wait for the baby boomers to, well... Boom.

She was taking hormones and everything. But because Russia recognizes you as the sex you were born as technically to them it was a man/woman marriage. People were pissed but hey Those women didn't make the rules amirite

Marriage should be between two consenting adults, that's it. Your gender doesn't matter. It'll be legal across the US within the next 10 years & all the people against it will eventually die off.
