What Boss is your favorite?

The End from Metal Gear Solid 3 is my favorite boss battle. There multiple ways to beat him including but limited to out sniping him, killing him early in the game avoiding the fight all together, or waiting a week without playing or just manipulating the consol's internal clock to make him die of old age.
