Xur.. Ugh
My largest complaint lies in three areas.
1. 3 of the 4 items he is selling are also in the upgrade selection. The redundancy is annoying.
2. Repetition. Sell something new. If you're not RNG like you say you aren't, a Hardlight (which I already own) or Thunderlord would be amazing.
3. No heavy synthesis...
