Hey YuKira, the Bungie careers section may have a small amount of information related to narrative/ scriptwriting.

Looking it up now. It doesn't tell me what's required. I'll check out the application as soon as I am not on a class computer. I may also attempt calling the company. There might be someone willing to give me a few clues.
