Did I get your attention? Good. What I propose is a buff for Thorn. Not just Thorn, but all exotics. Why just settle for a weapon or armor with a cool look and stats? Why not something more for maxing and mastering your exotics. Example. When I max Ghorn why do I not see my character change? This Titan wielding a potent weapon of destruction doesn't look or feel more epic. What I propose is changes in character customization based upon exotic mastery. Shader based upon how many exotics you have. Cosmetics that show your progress with a weapon. Ex. When you grasp the mighty Thorn why cant can my guardian start to become corrupted? Perhaps a black rose branch tracing from Thorn up her arm to the neck or shoulder ending in a single black rose dripping in blood. Why with Bad JuJu does my guardian not laugh like a maniac when killing her 50th enemy without reloading and finally understanding that indeed "this weapon will devour creation". Ghorn causes my titan to roar when killing a major and sends chills down my teammate when my rockets howl towards my enemies. Hawk Moon causes feathers to erupt from an enemy killed with a crit and gives hunter access to different amulets/class items/shader based upon hawks. Invective not belch visible fire when mowing down a helpless guardian in crucible and when mastered grants my titan a class item of pure fire. Sunbreakers allow acces to interesting fire pallets/colors that compliment the exotic. Armamentarium allow for more holsters and at its pinnacle allow for just one more rocket for inventory. Mk. 44s that creak and groan at the start of a shoulder charge and can allow access to stuff that can literally make my titan look like a knight. Why just be settled with this overly simplistic view of your world, Bungie? You oppened Pandora's Box. Show us Bungie is still the Bungie full of evil geniuses that I grew up with since halo ce.

This is a great idea but I still can't believe how many people didn't read the article
