Some answers to my bladedance and fusion tatics.

Lately I have been getting hate mail whenever I use my plan c and/or my bladedancer in the crucible. I've been told that "Bladedance and fusion? No skill." However, in my case that is wrong. It's not about the gun and class you use, but how you USE it. The Hunter class has the most powerful supers but also has the least powerful "non super" stuff, like gernades and perks to balance the class. And who really uses melee abilities when you have shotguns? To start off my debate, I'll talk about the bladedancer first. The Hunter class gets allota hate. One of the common complaints is their supers, especially the bladedancer. When I get to use the super, I ask myself: "Is it crowded here?" "If it's crowded, can I get close enough to use my super? "Is there anyone using heavy ammo so I can pick it up"? When the conditions are right, I can score huge multikills, as large as a 6-kill streak in my recent clash game. Anyone can use the bladedancer super with hardly any skill and get some kills. In fact everyone can with ALL supers, it depends how you USE them to get a bunch of kills. However, out of all the supers, the hunter class gets the least protection while in super. I have caught many gunslinger supers and bladedancers right in the open or with their shields down, and I take advantage of that and kill them. Also I use blink to propel myself further while in super to conserve energy, and to conserve even more energy I use only the LEAST amount of blade attacks to kill, I don't spam the melee button like some noobs. In fact, I caught them out of energy when they do that. To kill one? Simple. Use your grenade, gun, and if possible, your melee ability when they are at a range. A gunslinger's tripmine, throwing knife and/or a few shots, would kill a bladedancer super. I have used this tatic before. Some people complain about blink, and I think it's under powered compared to other melee abilities. For example, a warlock's melee has a lotta range too and can give you sheilds, burn the enemy, or give some super energy. And I have been killed by their melee abilities right when I teleport to them. Besides all of that, there is not much left about the bladedancer to complain about, so I'll move on to fusions. I admit, secondary weapons may be more powerful than primary in the crucible. The most common secondary is a shotgun, and a sniper a little behind or tied with fusions. I use a fusion rifle, not for it's power, but it's range. A common complaint directed towards me is "Fusion rifles require no/hardly any skill". Ever since the launch of Destiny, I have been using a BLUE rarity fusion rifle in the crucible, it being a quick charge, until I got plan c from zur (Quick charge perk). Through time I had learned how to properly wield a fusion rifle, by studying it's techniques (I'm not telling you them, like a magician keeps his secrets). I learned proper recoil control and other tactics. And trust me, it's NOT EASY. I was getting one hit kills, even against players using fusions as well and even a PRE NERF mythoclast, even on one of the most top players on Destiny. Also people tell me "Well at close range it's very easy to get a kill" Really? Ever heard of a SHOTGUN?? I don't even like close ranges because a shotgun tends to be dominant in CQC. Plan c may need a nerf, or may not. I have faced plan c users before and I used my tatics against them...and won. I have won almost every game I play in, with the highest kd (I emphasize highly) MOST of the time, specifically rumble. I don't like team based games much because I my gaming personality is that of a lone wolf. If you want to cry nerf over plan c, go ahead, I'll use another fusion I have, like that blue one I still keep in my vault. And I doubt very much plan c will get a nerf. If you're wondering why I could kill with a fusion across the map (I did that with my blue one too), it's because of my fusion tatics (Again I won't say them, they're way too complicated). If you're still complaining, how about YOU, yes YOU try and go use a fusion in the crucible and see how much kd/wins you get? Not many. This proves I have skill, and since I have meet and killed every fusion user (Not a single one I met beat me) I have faced, I have already proven that I have skill. If you could use a class, super, etc better and more efficiently than the average player who uses the same stuff as you, that means you have skill. And if I WON and got a (Mostly, again I empathize there are few games where my kd wasn't the best) HIGH kd, what does that tell you then? If you failed to ADAPT to my tactics, if you FAILED to win against me in a game of crucible, then what does that tell you? Most certainly it tells you in that game I had more skill than you, a hard truth many turn down when doing hate mail, which I will discuss in the next paragraph. Hate mail hate mail h-a-t-e mail: A common thing I and many others have experienced. First off, exactly why has a person sent hate mail? It's because they are angry. Angry that they have lost a game to someone. And yet they see something which obliterates their tactics which they failed to change to adapt to you. They get so angry they send a hate mail message at the end of the game: "REALLY?? You p*ssy running around using that piece of sh*t! You have NO SKILL!!!". I respond telling them that they have anger issues (Or even better, call the rager "On her period"). And then I respond telling my tatics and/or muting them. First of all, the reason the ragers send rage mail is because they fail to contain their anger. Even I was tempted to send hate mail to some people, but I kept the urge away from reality because I can contain my anger. There is nothing wrong about being angry, but there is something wrong about someone not containing their anger, like a rager sending hate mail. And what do ragers want to accomplish? Their "victim" crying and sobbing all over the floor? Even if their "victim" did cry and roll on the floor, what does it mean to them? Technically the ragers lost the game, and they can't change that. It's pure anger. It's not a logical thing to do. I know mature people who hold their anger in, who act calm and who has a neutral state of mind, such as myself. They are the least likely to send hate mail. I believe this doesn't extend only to rage mail but to these very forums and beyond. I hear people yell "NERF!!!BUNGIE?!?!?" on these forums. Unless it's something clearly as overpowered as the pre nerf vex mythoclast, then it barely needs a nerf. I also even assume that these people lose a whole lotta games or just got killed by the very gear they were yelling nerf at. Bottom line, some people can't control their anger. I know everyone gets a lose sometimes, and that's because (most) gaming is like a democratized society: There are 3 classes, the noobs, the "in the middle"-class and the skilled. No widely played videogame shooters/racers/shooter-racer/etc has a "socialistic" system, where everyone has the same skill same wins and same kd. It's the crucible. Only the skilled survive. Oh well, that was a long one. I wrote this in response to the hate mail I myself have been getting, and I am posting this for the sake of posting (Did you ever had a secret that you had to keep but was so excited to tell everyone? Yup. That's how I feel). I aslo am a believer of Darwinism, I belive that the most successful player out there wins because they adapt to win. In conclusion, never assume first-hand someone has "no/barely any skill", they could wield a suros, hunter or invective but after all, those wielders are not successful for the gear they wield, but for the skill for the gear in which they wield.
