I do and I'm going to pre order MKX and Batman Arkham Knight.

Edited by Barzardy: 1/15/2015 1:31:48 PMNo point in preordering games unless it's Activision things because all the snots will grab it.. Or if games come with worthwhile dlc exclusively for preorder. Truth.
-
I used to but then there was a destiny was a flop. Now I only preorder from companies I trust to make good games, like Bethesda.
-
The last game I pre-ordered was the massive failure known as Destiny. I don't want to make another mistake like that.
-
I think ACU, Bf4, and MCC should have taught all of us to never preorder again. Preorders allow companies to release broken games because they know X amount of people already will buy it. They are ruining gaming
-
Used to... but then I took a Destiny to the knee.
-
Defiance proved to me to never do the ultimate packages again. Destiny made it so I don't preorder again. The preorder rewards or items don't give that much of an advantage.
-
Destiny ruined it for me and AW just was insult to injury... never again
-
I pre ordered a game when incentives amounted to like $25 off the original price. Otherwise, no.
-
Never did, never will.
-
Edited by Nihlus: 1/11/2015 4:57:57 AMI only preorder limited/collector editions. Though I missed out on the Witcher 3 and Batman Arkham Knight. D:
-
I used to. Now I choose to wait a week until after a game's release so I can watch raw walkthrough gameplay and determine if the game is worth purchasing.
-
Only games I've ever pre ordered were Destiny and COD Ghosts. Never pre ordering a single game again.
-
*sigh* Destiny was the last thing I pre-ordered...-_- and Before that Halo 4... -_- So No, unless they have a kick-ass pre-order bonus.
-
i preordered Farcry 4 and got the DLC half price totally worth it i preordered Hardline probaly worth it, we'll see
-
Depends. I pre ordered Batman Arkham Knight, and I'd pre order No Man's Sky if they do it.
-
Depends on the game. I'm not going to gamble on Destiny again. But if something like Fallout 4 or TES6 came out I'd preorder in a heartbeat.
-
Preorders used to be special like it actually made the difference between having a game on launch or not. Now its either dlc gimmick or the rare LE that is actually rare and not mass produced. I only preorder if i know i truly want the game, and only do so if there is a little incentive to preorder i.e. Best buy has some games that give you 10$ reward certificate. Gamestop is a joke to preorder from so many other places that still give you dlc and some money off the game on top
-
Depends on the game, developer, and the people who work there like the director and producer.
-
Not after Destiny. Never pre-ordering again. It's not worth risking for a game that gives some gimmick for pre-ordering. Just buy after reviews come out!
-
Edited by Wobbly Wombat: 1/10/2015 5:00:47 PMNot from Bungie. The same applies to season passes. The trust has gone. I will still preorder other games though.
-
Only Nintendo games, since my town seems to have a policy of ordering half as many as they need (and sometimes outright not receiving those either, it took weeks for Bayonetta 2 to show up and the smash gamecube adapters never did arrive).
-
Not anymore after BF4, blam pre-orders!
-
yeah, I still do. haven't preordered something I became disappointed with yet. next up on my list is Majora's Mask 3D, I'm getting the one with the sexy-ass statue figure thingy :)
-
tout cela vient vraiment de savoir si oui ou non je pense que le jeu va être bon.
-
Just depends on the game. I know Persona 5 and Bloodborne will be day 1 purchases for me.
-
I used to pre-order all of my games. After Destiny, I'm dropping that whole act. I am now only pre-ordering games I KNOW I will enjoy no matter what on day 1. These include Halo 5, Majora's Mask 3DS, Fallout 4
