Which platforms do you play on? (PSN/XBL/BOTH)
Which types of accounts do you have linked to your Bungie.net profile? (PSN/XBL/FACEBOOK/GOOGLE)
Have you previously been able to view your stats and grimoire through the web or mobile companion? (YES/NO)
Have you recently changed the email associated with your PSN/Microsoft account (past 3 months)? (YES/NO)
Have you taken the necessary steps to ensure that you are signed in to the correct PSN/Microsoft account? [i]Troubleshooting items are below.[/i] (YES/NO)
Do you have accounts for both platforms, only play Destiny on one platform, but have both linked to your Bungie.net profile? (YES/NO)
(This one is silly, but I need to ask) Have you played Destiny on the PSN/XBL account you're trying to link? (YES/NO)

ALL USERS:

XBOX USERS
[spoiler]1. Sign in to your Xbox One using your preferred gamertag.
2. Press the Menu button (The little button with three horizontal lines on it)
3. Select Settings
4. Select "Sign-in, Security, and Passkey"
5. On this screen, there is a section called 'Remove me from this Xbox" that shows your Microsoft Account.
6. Verify the Microsoft Account username (it looks like an email address) is the same one you used to create/link your Bungie.net account.[/spoiler]

I was playing on XB360, I'm trying to play on PS3. Is it possible to take my legend from one to the other?

I found grimoire took a few hours to update after I upgraded from ps3 to ps4 but it's back to normal now.

Um my notifications on the app no longer appear even though all the settings are set for them to and i haven't changed anything, maybe this is something you can help with?
