faction weapon mod doesn't work
Got Unwilling Soul-09 from leveling up Dead Orbit. Has counter balance mod but once unlocked didn't change the stats on the gun. Stability still the same.

If it's a stability/range mod that is in the primary or secondary mod slots (not in the selectable column), it does not adjust the stat bars when it is purchased.
