perk definitions should provide actual stats

Okay so we've all looked at a gun or armor perk and thought "what does it really do?" For example return to sender, returns ammo to the mag after a kill. How much? How often? Most would assume its 100% of the time when in fact it's only 25% of the time. We should have the stats in the perk description. Don't just tell us grenadier reduces grenade cool down with each kill, tell us it reduces it by 10% with each kill. It would be most helpful and appreciated by everyone to know what the perk actually do. Another thing is to add some kind of text or icon or whatever to notify you if the perks stack or not. For example does field scout stack with increased ammo perks on armor, or does increase melee attack speed stack when you have it on your helmet and gauntlets. Just little improvements to the game I think would be helpful for everyone.

 • Hahaha I was having this internal debate one day: Do I equip this gear and max out my intellect so my super charges faster? Or Do I equip this gear that will charge my super faster when I get kills, melees, and grenade kills. I thought to myself, I should calculate how many kills per minute I need to surpass the rate at which my intellect fuels my super. And then I realized I couldn't because both perks have no data concerning their effects. I wonder if the reason they don't include the stats is because it might confuse us. Perhaps as our 3 attribute stats fluctuate as well as our light level, it just too difficult to make any sense of the stats.
