Which bounty should I choose?

Bad Juju is really easy but pretty lackluster for an exotic. Do the Thorn first so you can have a decent exotic. The chance to get the Bad Juju will come back around sooner than you think. Until some patch comes along and buffs it the Bad Juju is just gonna be terrible.
