At a first glance, Destiny seems rather empty when it comes to story. It dumps you in the presence of all sorts of different characters and locations each lacking any real back story or explanation bar a few sentences on a grimoire card.
Right now this may seem somewhat confusing and lacking, but what Destiny has done is lay the foundations for what will be a 10 year long story told piece by piece in each new game/DLC.
It's a brilliant design really, now they can branch of in any direction they want, both past and present telling the stories of Earth, the moon, the tower, the Hive, The Fallen, The Cabel, Ghosts, The speaker, The traveller, The Vex etc

It's good? Lolwut? If I want to experience 3 (three!!) new missions I must pay £20. I honestly couldn't give a damn as to whether the DLC is good or not. This game has left a sour taste in my mouth.
