Im getting tired of this

The fact there is ZERO customer support for this game is beyond me, Bungie literally ignores all reports of problems and says the same thing "Pardon our dust" for every problem that pops up or they dont acknowledge them at all. I've been attempting to play Destiny the whole week and I've only had one good of playing and that was the day i got the game. Every day after im getting disconnected from XBL and error codes on error codes on error codes, I dont need to go to another Zoo in my life I've seen so many animal names pop up this week. Caterpillar Centipede Anteater Baboon Newt Hawk and im starting to hate coconuts pineapples and apples I've gotten these errors as well. I've followed every step on microsoft and bungies website for networking to the letter portforwarding and even finding my ethernet cable to hardwire my connection. I still get these problems. I cant even play, the game is unplayable, i cant travel and when it does work 1 out of the 10 times i try i can only play for 5 minutes before getting some bs error code and then getting disconnected from xbl. This game causes me to constantly disconnect from parties im in. I've tried everything on my end and no results, when let alone you release a product with many others having the same problem NONE of us should have to touch a thing on our end to play your game we all PAID FOR. And before you all say its my end.. Every moment of every day before I put destiny in my console I've had zero problems.. no lag or dcs... after playing destiny its like it infected my router and i even get lagged out of parties and disconnected when im not even playing destiny. Im at a loss of ideas I've tried everything. this games networking is awful, reminds me of battlefield for the first 3 months. Bungie... please.. FIX YOUR SERVERS. EDIT: got off with microsoft support chat and the person said Microsoft has been hearing all about problems regarding destiny of all types, even peopels connectivity going terrible when not even on destiny since playing it, and during. Also said Microsoft has been giving out refunds to people who purchased it digitally off their marketplace to people who want it if their game isnt working as intended. + What they told me to do hasnt fixed anything.

  • I feel for everyone here. I've had caterpillar pop up every 10-15 minutes whenever I tried doing anything. But today I said F*** it and bought a new router. I've had issues every day since launch and finally!!! It took buying a new router to fix my issue. If anyone is curious, I was using a ubee365 modem/router. I found out today that it didn't support port forwarding. Which I found funny because my xbox never showed it had a strict nat type. So I bridged my new router into my network setup and I haven't gotten disconnected once. Hopefully if you have the same set up I do, yoi read this and this helps. Hoping everyone's god awful caterpillar/hawk/whatever animal Moses decided to save goes away soon.
