New Relic Iron Farming Method
Best way that I found to get relic iron. PLEASE let me know how you do when using this method and if I missed any good spots to check in that area.
(Sorry for bad commentary, it is my first time and my mic is very sensitive to background noise.)

If you have a friend who is a hunter and has the keen scout in the nightstalker subclass just go into a fire team and it will be on your radar

He's my boyfriend and if he's all in a state when he comes home from being a navy seal, mma instructor, millionaire, cowboy porn star, then he won't suck my schlong quite so well as he always does. And i can confirm he has a massive Johnson! 3 inches! And he really does know that 'firstly' is a word and is more correct than first off, and he miss spells 'layman' s terms' on purpose. 74 RepliesThis post is utterly useless... The method used here works oh...let me think...pretty much everywhere? By using such a tactic (can't believe I just called it a tactic) you will eventually just bore the fun of this game right out of your mind... All he is doing is going back to places he has found chests previously...Does this work? Somewhat. The spawns of chests are random in chance, but by going back to places where you have previously found them before is effective for one and only one reason...You know that the game has the "chance" of putting a static item in that spot. Why? Because it has been in that spot before. Will it always be there in that spot? No. The spawn is random, it may or may not be there. So I'll finish this with a somewhat helpful comment, Stop trying to find half-hearted lazy tactics to get better at this game, in the long-run you're only going to hinder your own skill at the game by doing the same thing over...and over... and over.. see where this is going?

7 RepliesThere is a spot for spin metal on Earth where at a certain time of day for about an hour the spin metal re spawns and despawns in the same place every 30 seconds. There is probably a similar spot on each planet.

2 RepliesTried it, it is a good route. You did a good job at documenting chests, but there are at least 5 Relic Iron spawn points in that area: one near the yard before the round building, one immediately at the entrance of the round building (the one you noticed later in the video), one inside the round building, just below where the enemies spawn in the middle, one to the side of the round building, one between doors to 1st and 2nd levels (they have separate entrances), and one a bit further where the road turns right - you go straight and it is just behind a small dune. Thanks for the video, just running around doing patrols will get you them eventually, but this is much more effective.

1 ReplyI still find the first area where you spawn is the best for relic iron and chests, just keep doing a loop and hit the caves and building where the vex are fighting.

3 Repliesyou actually just passed my favourite place it's moments after video started of to your right before entering first tunnel there was someone lvl 27 playing there already there for all i know could have been me there is about 2 to 4 chests constantly re-spawning in about hour of play got about 200-300 of them even scored two legendary engram's got s... out of them but yeah only worry as the place is spawning continuously 4 cabal and 5 goblins with minotaur leading them all lvl 15

If you have a good headset, you can hear chests and the farmable items pretty easily to where you don't have to go all the way inside a building and look around. It speeds things up.
