You do realise that the Crucible is only there to train you to take on the Darkness? It's just live fire training.
The real task is going out and kicking the ass of the Hive, Fallen, Cabal and Vex and exploring and reclaiming the rest of the solar system.
For those who think the Crucible is the main thing in Destiny, it is like the US Army telling Saddam Hussein that they couldn't go to Iraq because they were too busy paintballing to see whos K/D is the best.
If you just stay in the Crucible then you will never become Legend.

Edited by wzy: 8/20/2014 12:50:18 PMIf you believe it's more challenging to play against the computer than a skilled player then you're a fool, I also think the guy relating his skill to a KDR is a fool also, playing against decent players K/D gets you nowhere but killing bots with the same predictable movement just higher levels with more health gets you nowhere either

I suck at PVP lol... Hey, it's a Role Playing Game... it's a PVP shooter.... it's basically whatever you want. (except an MMO.... this game is NOT an MMO).

I was just saying what the Grim said heh. Kind of like the lore in the game. The story has the live fire in the crucible to train us for the harder pve that is to come. The problem was that in the beta the harder difficulties were locked away.
