This is good stuff.
Can I buy it for One if I still only posses an Xbox 360? Any one have any thoughts on this? (I will be moving up to current generation because of Destiny)

What do you mean? I'm assuming the Digital Guardian Edition will be on all consoles. It's rumoured that pre-ordering and pre-loading will be featured in a future update with the Xbox One.

Thanks for your reply. so it would seem with the DGE. I won't have an XB1 at the time of purchase, so I was wondering if my live account would have to have been used on an/my XB1, or "converted" to an XB1-type live account before I could purchase the XB1 content. IIRC, there was some nuance similar to this when Xbox was upgraded to Xbox 360. Did you have to upconvert your Live account?

If you're asking if you can buy the digital guardian edition on your 360 now and it will transfer to your xbox one, no. But you can go to a store and buy the digital guardian edition for the xbox one. Or maybe go to xbox.com and buy it for the xbox one

Well your live account is the same for both sides. You can purchase it through the Xbox.com website I believe. Don't quote me on that though. There is very little information on the X1/360 DGE.

You're guardians will transfer to the next gen console when you decide to upgrade, but you won't simply get access to the game for free when you jump a gen, thats pretty much a no-brainer bro. You will have to re-purchase Destiny once you get a bone.

You can buy whatever the -blam!- you want, you buy it off of a retailer and get a code.

You make a good point. I was speculating that it would only appear on the official store, for whatever reason lol
