Crucible Team Balance, wishes, and rage

So far I am absolutely loving the game. But, because it is in beta some issues are sure to arise. First, however, I'll list some wishes. I would love for there to be weather. I'm sure this may not be possible at this stage, unless it was already planned for. But, on the loading navigation screen I could see lighting in the dark clouds overlying Earth and I just thought it would be amazing to explore or do story missions, etc. in a thunderstorm or snowstorm. The HUD is nice and unintrusive, however there are times where I have to position the camera over a dark surface so I can see it clearly. The opacity is really low in many situations, and seeing as many of the areas right now involve light surfaces it makes seeing everything difficult. It would be nice to have an option to adjust HUD opacity. Mare Cognitum is enjoyable. Except when the other team has the massive, nearly indestructsble OP tank thing. I know there are turrets and each team has an option use one, but I've never experienced a fair fight when everybody is constantly getting blown up. And, worse, people drop out of the game on my team when the tank is out wreaking havoc (which isn't quite fair, because I don't believe they receive any penalty for abandoning a fight). This frequently leaves there being three or four people to combat a six person team armed with a tank. Maybe I'm just unlucky or simply not good at dealing with them. Both are likely. But I don't know if the vehicle spawn rate needs to be adjusted, the power slightly nerfed, or make some more challenging to get. I just know once the other team can set up, it's "a massacre." This leads me to my final point, which I find incredibly frustrating. Consistently I find myself on a team of two or three other players, whereas the opposing team had all six. I know there are plenty of people out there, yet we're getting the short stick. And it's bizarre because I'll be on a team of four. There's a team of six. Bump one person over and it's even. I would rather wait longer to join a full team than be brought in quickly to a barely formed team. One last little thing. The human female hair selection is abysmal. Lol. Probably just personal preference. But being a woman myself, I find almost none of the options desirable.
