Engram Problem
Sometimes when redeem a green Engram in the tower I get a white item in return instead of a green item, Please fix.

I have a question i just received a legendary engram and got back ascendant shards. Is this a bug and if not its very disappointing

Look at the engrams before you decode it, like scroll over it like you're trying to equip it, and it will tell you what color you items have a chance of being. Just because the engram is green doesn't mean it yields greens 100% of the time, it can also give you blues as well as whites.

A colored engram does not necessarily mean that you will get that color of gear. A green engram will give you either a white or green pieces, a blue can give you a white, green, or blue drop, and so on
