Can't unlink PSN profile
I've been trying to disconnect from my old PSN account & reconnect to my new PSN account, but every time I go to disconnect the popup page tries to load and just 404's basically. Help?

Can't link this properly. Can't somebody just flush PSN IDs for people with this issue? I mean it's probably Sony's fault. (I think it's because I have a PS3 PSN account using the same email w/a different name because they made me re-make the profile when I got my PS4.) But at any rate I can't log into PSN's site as that account to confirm/disconnect it from here since it uses the same email.

2 RepliesThis error occurs when you are attempting to unlink a PSN account that has a cached login for a different PSN account. You will need to clear your cache or use private browsing to properly unlink. you can also visit the PSN website, and sign out there, before attempting to unlink your account from your profile.
