I would personally like to see the game make use of Unreal 4, due to the impressive features that it will give the game such as nigh-realistic worlds and great lighting. What are your thoughts?

Has to be a new, in-house engine, Halo has a very unique style that doesnt suit either Cryengine or Unreal, a new engine optimised for X1 and DX12, perhaps finally using "Cloud", would be glorious. Look at how great Quantum Break looks in a new, X1 optimised engine, because so far, the use of old tech for new games on the X1 has really shown due to that small power difference
