Is there a point to do nightfalls??
Does anything worth using drop anywhere besides in raids anymore? Games getting one dimensional.

Hi aSilverBuLit ! As a player of Destiny that has 2000+ Hours put in, I understand that Nightfall rewards are underwhelming at times and that they pretty much seem useless. I suggest that you only do 1 a week and if you are satisfied with the rewards do another! Bungie is aware that some of these rewards are very underwhelming and may change it in the future!

I like the faction rep it gives. Saves me from grinding far more for that shit. The drops sometimes are terrible but whatever, either legendary marks cause i have my fave weapons. Ir exotic shards, cause i have all the exotics.

They brought down the rate of the vanguard shells by a lot

Seems very pointless if your 310+ even if you get 3oc your only going to get max 310 gear. They should update with higher light level drops!

It's always worth doing if you can be bothered running it , I regularly run it in hopes at strange coins or 3oc to drop . Again depends if you feel these will benefit yourself. But with the new dlc announced , I'll be building my stacks of coins up for use in that .

2 RepliesI'm a Titan 310, and would say no if you're a high level. It just takes too long to complete and the rewards aren't worth the effort. All my gear is 310 light now, and I have all the exotics. I play solo, so I've reached my limit. I have tried to find a team (Xbox 360) but it's pretty hopeless. Other than competing in the Iron Banner, SRL events, and weekly Strikes, there's not much left to do. In saying that, I still have two characters I could level up, but there's just no motivation to play Destiny for me any more. I'll be moving to XB1 soon to play Fallout 4. :)

Yea and no. Some, like the other guy who posted get good rewards. But primarily the nightfall is a 280 light event. If say if your under 300 yes. If 300-310 maybe 310+ no.

I had 3 exotics this week and 3 times about 20 strange coins last week. So, from time to time it's worth it
