I hated house of wolves. It was a half-assed expansion with a couple decent elements. I remember the no check points on skolas. My one-year-old daughter shitting on the floor and my wife yelling at me, "you're not going to help me clean this up?" and I'm all, "I can't, baby! There's no check points and the boss is at half health." The guns sucked. The missions sucked. The fact that clans were divided into groups of three sucked. Etheric light wasn't easy to get unless you wanted to spend forever doing IB or having your daughter shit on the floor. People LOVED etheric light but the stupid -blam!-ing things only helped re-level guns you'd already previously acquired. Reforging depleted uniqueness though trials was a breath of fresh air. But nah man...ill pass on my nostalgia of that train wreck. History likes to seem more beautiful than it actually was.
