New user, new Destiny player, first post.
I bought a physical copy of The Taken King Legendary Edition for PlayStation 4 through Groupon in late January. After receiving it new and sealed, I tried to redeem the expansions code (for TTK, House of Wolves, and The Dark Below) and was told it had already been used. The other code, for the early access weapons pack, worked fine.
PlayStation chat reveals that the expansions code was redeemed – not by me – last November. I only bought the game on January 27, 2016 and received it in the first week of February.
My PS4 is fully up-to-date, as is the Destiny software, and I'm having no issues with the game or PSN except this one. Groupon said they can't help me, PlayStation said they can't help me, and Activision said they can't help me. I really, REALLY hope that either Bungie or other Destiny players can help me.
