After seeing that Xur had the Special Weapon Legacy engram for sale today, I was happy. I've got over a thousand hours into Destiny, and I've never had the privilege of getting an Ice Breaker to drop for me. So today I went hunting. I spent over 210 strange coins on 7 engrams. After I opened the first three on my hunter and got a Lord of Wolves and two Dreg's Promise, I thought, that has to be a coincidence that I got only Prison of Elders weapons. But then when I got home from work, I went all in and bought another 4 on my warlock. Just to get another Lord of Wolves and three more Dreg's Promise. And bear in mind, the only year one special weapon I do not have in my blueprints is the Ice Breaker. There has to be some glitch or bug in the decrypting process. I know this won't get me an Ice Breaker, but hopefully someone else can, if this needs to be fixed. Thanks for your time and this great game
